The importance of digitalization is increasing day by day. Digitization has penetrated almost every aspect of our lives. Mobile or web-based applications have come into our lives in many areas such as our shopping, chats, banking transactions, and educational activities. With the effect of the pandemic, the speed of digitalization in our country has increased almost 3 times. While digitalization is growing rapidly, Turkish society is somehow adapting to this change. When we examine the data published by the Ministry of Commerce, it is reflected in the statistics that more than 1 million people shop using online shopping sites. Istanbul ranks first among the provinces that use online shopping applications the most, it is followed by Ankara and Izmir. When we look at the present day from 2019, it is observed that the number of companies engaged in e-commerce activities has increased considerably. In this field, where more than 68 thousand companies served in 2019, more than 250 thousand companies have started to serve on these platforms today. As a result, the number of people working in this field has increased considerably. In addition to receiving consultancy and training in this field, companies work with people who aim or have developed themselves in the field of e-commerce.
