With the cooperation of Employee Communication andWork Place Happiness Committee with Human Resources Department, we realized the4^th of 'We Are A Team' trip to An Old Fishing Village ofAnadoluhisarı District in Istanbul on the date of 18 February 2017 as the firsttrip of 'We Are A Team' in the year of 2017.

Organization was realized with “We Are A Team” Mottoand it started in Lotus Café taking place on the bank of very green Göksu Riverwith mixed breakfast having hot and cold appetizers and each one of them was moredelicious than the other one.
After the breakfast, we toured the streets of Anadoluhisarı where seasideresidences with their protected historical textures and architectures weretaking place and Anadolu Hisarı (Anatolian Castle) Tourism Development ChairmanMr. Mustafa Babuz accompanied us during this tour with his narration and thetour continued with a pleasant walk by taking the photographs of the same. Afterthe walking, we gave a break in the café of Çömlekçi Hasan Usta (Potter MasterHasan) and we sipped our Turkish coffees in our pots and then we went topottery workshop of Potter Master Hasan and there we had the chance to haveinformation about the makings of the pots.

Organization was realized between 09.00-15.00 hours and the last stop of it wasKanlıca District having famous yoghurt. The 4^th of our 'We Are ATeam' trip ended at Historical Kanlıca Yoghurt Maker by having yoghurts withpowdered sugar and doing organic shopping in Kanlıca District. All participantsleft the organization happily by creating the soul and synergy of being theteam, strengthening the existing friendships and byforming the new ones.
