The Customer Decreasing Research and Prevention Committee within UGM is established to create projects, proposals and opinions in order to turn bad customer experiences into positive results, to try to protect our target customers by learning from our mistakes and errors and to prevent our customer decrease, to carry out them in line with the approvals and at the same time, while fulfilling this responsibility, in line with the following policies explained in the policy book to contribute to the personal and leadership development of company employees.
