In this context, consultancy services are provided for obtaining the AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) - AEO (Authorized Economic Operator Status) document, which is an international document.
Among the conditions for obtaining the AEO document and the activities that ensure its continuity, training is provided by experienced and competent Customs Consultants within the scope of the training that AEO certificate holder companies must receive every year.
Within the scope of the activity report that AEO certificate holder companies must prepare every year, it is inspected whether the company meets the AEO criteria and ANNEX-22/A and ANNEX-22/B activity report preparation service is provided.
The declarations of AEO certificate holder companies processed in the last 1 year are inspected by sampling method and the results are presented to the company in the form of Foreign Trade Goods Movement Inspection Report.
After obtaining the AEO document, the ANNEX-2 questionnaire form that companies must fill out every 5 years is examined, revised and sent to the General Directorate of Customs.
Applications and documents are prepared in line with the requirements of the Approved Person Status Certificate (OKSB), which is a national document, and Pre-Arrival Customs Procedures, and submitted to the Customs and Foreign Trade Regional Directorate.
