Customer Rights Protection Board Decisions and Petitions

Transparency, integrity, ethics, compliance with laws and regulations, and the timely and accurate fulfillment of obligations—which are the cornerstones of sustainability— in order to operate within the framework of international laws and regulations, our company seeks to protect its customers’ rights by working with consultants—such as legal, logistics, and certain association experts—who possess advanced expertise in areas where the company identifies potential customer concerns, while also ensuring transparency in its internal practices.
Additionally, this is a committee that discusses these insights both internally and shares them with individuals who may have a potential need for information—whether through the company’s own operations or in accordance with data protection regulations.
UGM reviews its management decisions in collaboration with the “Customer Advisory Board” during regular meetings held every six months. These meetings are held on regular dates with customer or potential customer representatives. Topics such as common complaints raised by companies—which are relevant to our company’s sustainability—service standards, our goals, and our company’s shortcomings are addressed. The directives issued by this committee regarding internal matters are linked to management’s resolution schedules, while external matters are evaluated in collaboration with the necessary legal counsel or experts.
The Customer Rights Protection Board is a body established to oversee the implementation of decisions made by the Customer Advisory Board.
