For the internal processes of our company; target durations have been set for each import export transaction.

Our percentages for being in conformity with our target durations are presented to you as tables by our Service Evaluation and Development Committee.

Our purpose is; to execute all of our transaction within the planned durations and to be able to continuously shorten those durations.

Our processes; are evaluated in a way that it will include all lines (red, yellow, green) and that will include processes that have multiple stages and are waiting for documents.
