ÜNSPED Customs Consultancy and Logistics Services Inc. was established
In 1981, it started its activities in Tahir Han with the title of "ÜNSPED International Transportation - M. Haluk Ündeğer".
In 1995, it became a corporation and continued its activities under the title of "ÜNSPED International Transportation and Customs Clearance Inc."
In 1997, according to Total Quality Management System requirements, ISO 9001 Quality Management System certificate was received and in the following years, the ISO 37001, ISO 22301, ISO 28000, ISO 37301, ISO 31000, ISO 50001, ISO 37101, ISO 27701 certificates have been obtained.
In 2004, it moved into a sectoral restructuring and created specialized departments in customs and foreign trade transactions, and in 2008, it offered instant business tracking services and comprehensive reporting to its customers.
ÜNSPED, which renewed its title as “ÜNSPED Customs Consultancy and Logistics Services Inc.” (UGM) in 2011, continued its activities in the Mahmutbey Headquarters building.
UGM, which moved to corporate rating in 2015, achieved a significant breakthrough in implementing the Customer Work Portal in digital service in 2017; It was entitled to receive the Authorized Economic Operator Certificate in 2018, and established an On-Site R&D center in 2019 to further develop its digitalization studies.
UGM received the “Transparency Award” from Transparency International Association in 2019 for carrying out activities with ethical values; and has been awarded by the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce for being among the companies that pay high levels of taxes since 2018; and has continued to bring foreign currency to our country as a service exporter since 2017.
Concerning the value to women's employment, the Company, became a signatory of WEPs in 2020, became a member of the "UN Global Compact" in 2022; and received the "Green Check Certificate" from the Sustainability Academy in 2023.
