The Customer Advisory Board was established within the body of UGM to fulfill our responsibilities towards our customers, to serve our customers beyond their expectations, to develop our services in line with customer needs and expectations, and to include the thoughts, criticisms, and expectations of our customers in our decisions in a professional relationship.

Our Responsibilities Toward Our Customers:

Working closely with customers allows us to build long-term relationships that help us establish ourselves as business partners. For this purpose, we establish a professional and regular relationship with customers to ensure that our services are satisfactory, to understand their needs and expectations, and to renew and develop ourselves above customer expectations.
In line with the laws, ethics, and transparency principles, we support these modes of communication by providing updates, developments, and relevant information about our services in print and electronic media. In these relationships, we work in line with the information and opinions we receive from our customers.
