Mr. Kenan Yavuz, who is a Member of Board of Socar, which is a Governmental Oil Company of Azerbaijan participated in the seminar, which held under UGA Midday Talks on 29 April 2016 on MHÜ Conference Hall in Headquarters of Ünsped Customs Brokerage under the quidence of Ünsped Woman Leadership Development Committee as a speaker and mentioned that personel should have adoptation with the company, loyalty and high responsibility for protecting of the security in the sustainable business life.

Mr. Kenan Yavuz underlined that we can succeed working with honesty, adopting to it and only focusing on our work, without discussing and working with patience. He stated that women employees are among the essential values of a company and they are very successful in the fields of following, monitoring, detailing and working result-oriented and role of them is very important in social and ecenomic life.

Mr. Yavuz said that "if anybody works, s/he absolutely receives a recompense for her/his work. What matters is having ambition, patience to work and luck" and stated that we respect differences, different opinions and cultures in every field of life and we shouldn't have blind ideology giving examples from his business life. His plaque was presented to Mr. Kenan Yavuz by Executive of Public Relations Mr. Mahmut Yahya Durusu and Head of Woman Leadership Development Committee Mrs. Fazilet Patır and expressed our's thanks due to his participation in the seminar.
