In coordination with Ünsped Young Generations Development Leadership Committee and Ünsped Development Academy (UGA) within Ünsped Customs Brokerage, "Y Generation Youth and Technology" themed seminar was held on MHÜ Conference Hall in the Headquarters under UGA Midday Talks on 21 April 2016, Thursday. Mr. Kadir Decdeli and Mr. Sungur Ilgaz, who are globalpiyasa.com founders (first career portal founders of Turkey) participated in the seminar as speakers.

Mr. Ilgaz and Mr. Decdeli informed about Endüstri 4.0, which came together Information Technologies and Industry in general, he mentioned that thanks to the advancing technology day to day and investments, developing machines and using robots in business life, a different extent and working culture will be obtained.

Mr. Ilgaz and Mr. Decdeli also mentioned that developed countries in the world determine a vision for themselves and reserve a budget, because these countries started to work, technology and creativity, innovations and inventions, coming with technology will create differences for next generations, particularly Human Resources Management. Speakers explained to youth that they can be successful only by working selflessly, adopting to their works and make a difference. At the end of the seminar, plaques were presented to the participants by UGM Vice General Export Director Mr. Ümit Karaoğlu for day of remembrance.
