Within the scope of the Lighting Meetings under the leadership of the Employee Communication and Workplace Happiness Committee, On Wednesday, 14.02.2018, between 12: 00-13: 00, UGM will host the "Empathy for Effective Communication" seminar at the MHÜ Conference Hall, Manager - Team Coach, Instructor, Emotional Intelligence and Body Language - MicroExpert Specialist Mr. Sayın Erdem ERCAN was our guest. 

Mr. ERCAN, who provided important contributions to the participants with his impressive and pleasant speech, the most basic instrument embracing empathy is listening, underlining that it is the most important of empathina's leading qualities, which they firstly describe as apathy, sympathy, and empathy, recognizing their emotions and responding appropriately. 

From listening to listening to empathic listening to many kinds of listening, and listening to the ears, eyes and hearts of the person who is addressed in listening to the precious feelings are conveyed. Mr. ERCAN, who gave practical tips for becoming more empathetic, gave tips about what they could do to improve empathy with the participant.

Our seminar ended with a plaque of memorial to our spokesperson of the Communication of Employee and Workplace Happiness Committee after collective photo shoot.
