On 1 May 2015, our company’s middle and high level managers, took the education named "Yes Sir",where Managing-Leading and Coaching functions are analyzed in general, from Doç.Dr.Yonca Tomaç Tunç,authority of Tunç Eğitim ve Danışmanlık. Roles and competence, loaded according to leadership process and leadership travel, for a specific case, “Situational Management-Leadership” technics to be applied to human behaviors, situational leadership application according to the development level of juniors. Program studied on these subjects was very successful.
