Within the Scope od Preparation to GMY Exam, "Entrance into Free Circulation, End-Use, Post and Quick Cargo, Smuggling Secondary Legislation" Education was Performed on 15 September 2018

On 15 September 2018 Saturday at 09:30-16:00 in Headquarters "Manolya" Hall,  "Entrance into Free Circulation, End-Use, Post and Quick Cargo" education was given with the coaching of Import Group Manager Mr. Erkan ÜNVER and "Smuggling Secondary Legislation" education was given with the coaching of Import Group Manager Mr. Tarık KILIÇ. 

In the "Entrance into Free Circulation, End-Use, Post and Quick Cargo" education, the headings of GK ARTICLE 74-76-78, Trade Policy measures, Customs General Manifest, Goods which are not Permitted to Enter into Free Circulation, Authorized Customs Offices, Goods Subjected to End-Use, End-Use Application Form, License, Cancellation or Amendment of License, Assignment to Joint Storage and End-Use, Transfer and Sending to Another Customs of the Goods which are subjected to End-Use, Conditions Related to Giving Indirect Representation in post and Quick Cargo, Cancellation of Responsibility and Authority, General Manifest Related to Post and Quick Cargo Transportation, Application Conditions, Classification of Consignments, Declaration of Consignments are examined.

In the "Smuggling Secondary Legislation" education, headings of Regulation Related to the Payment of Bounty to Informants and Appropriators, Regulation Related to the Basis and Procedures of the Meeting and Operations of Smuggling Intelligence Coordination Board, Application Regulations related to the Confiscated Goods and Detained Vehicles, Regulation related to Announcing to Public the Ones Whose Conviction judgement related to the Smuggling Types is Finalized, Application Regulation Related to the Delivery, Storage, Discharge and Outlay Costs of Confiscated Fuels, Regulation Related to the Basis and Procedures og Controlled Delivery Practice are examined.
