Within the scope of Lighting Meetings, our company is hosted by the Committee on Employee Communication and Workplace Happiness Mr. Hakan Türkkuşu gave presentations on the place and importance of being a team member in communication. Mr. Türkkuşu stated that the culture of teamwork was to focus on the same goal and to move in a team spirit and they emphasized that their harmony in meeting and acting together for the same goal will be open and honest and communicating towards each other in a way that will facilitate and achieve synergy, and this will create a safe environment.
