With the cooperation of Employee Communication and Work Place Happiness Committee with Human Resources Department, we realized 'We Are A Team'trip as the 3^rd one following the trips of Polonezköy and Edirne and it was realized on 3 September 2016 Saturday to Ağva that gathersGöksu and Yeşilçay Rivers in its fully green nature and purely clean air as the famous wonder of the nature.

Motto of “We Are A Team” trip was to develop the feeling of togetherness, to create team soul and synergy, to strengthen friendship and to become socialized by acting together. We Are A Team Trip started with mixed breakfast in Ayşe Teyze Restaurant in Cumhuriyet Village taking place in Beykoz. Trip was realized with the participation of approximately 50 persons and we went to Ağva from Cumhuriyet Village and it continued by sipping our teas here together with the famous Turkish style vegetable-pancakes of  Hanife Teyze. Then we had our walk on the Lover's Road in Ağva. In the end of the walk, we did our shopping in Ağva Market Place. Participants took plenty of photographs during the boat tour on Göksu River and after having the lunch of fish menu in the end of the boat tour, return started on the way to Istanbul. Travel continued with pleasant chats and all participants returned to Istanbul with beautiful memories and by being happy in the end of this 3^rd 'We Are A Team' trip.
