This time the agenda in the Khedive Meetings of TEID was the comparison of international legislations such asFCPA, UK Bribery Act and Brazil Clean Company Act. In the Khedive Meetings up until now, presentations that inspect the basic concepts of Ethics and Conformity Managements Systems, the structure of the system, its components and practices took place. In the meeting that took place on 16 October 2015 between08:30 - 10:00 the topic was a presentation that constituted of the international legislations that companies need to follow. In this presentation which was presented by Dear Çiğdem Gürer FCPA, UKBAand Brazil Clean Company Act were examined, and the liabilities that those laws bring to a company and the points that companies need to pay attention were discussed.
