Our 37th Traditional End of Year Evaluation Meeting which attracted intense attention from our executives, employees and guests took place on 22 December 2018 in Zeytinburnu Municipality Kazlıçeşme Social Facilities Akdeniz Foyer Hall with the participation of Zeytinburnu Mayor Mr. Murat AYDIN.

The theme of our end of the year meeting which was between the hours of 09.00-14.00 and started with a moment of silence and national Anthem was "Our Councils and Committees". After reading the principle "Our responsibilities on behalf of and towards Ünsped" from Ünsped Policies Book, our evaluation meeting started with the speeches of our Shareholder Mr. Yusuf Bulut ÖZTÜRK and Founding President Mr. Haluk ÜNDEĞER. 

In our organization in which the questions of what we did in 2018? what will we do in 2019? were answered, we highlighted Participative Management Perception, our Councils and Committees, Sustainability, Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility and Efficiency. We shared all of our activities, developments and changes that we evaluated in 2017 in the areas of Customer Analysis, Performance Management, Financial Tables, our Strategy, our Investments and Risk Profile, Customer Operation Portal and Information Technologies in this meeting which contributed to inner communication. 

Our videos which talked about the philosophies of our councils and committees and supported participative management perception are shared with our participants in our End of the Year Evaluation Meeting in which Shareholder Awareness Awards were given. 

After the interactive part which took place with the participation of our CEO and General Managers, our meeting ended with the closing speeches of our Founding President Mr. Haluk ÜNDEĞER and Shareholder Yusuf Bulut Öztürk which stated their thanks to the participants and everyone who contributed to the organization and wishes for 2019 to bring health, happiness and success.
