Mr. Münteha ADALI, CEO of GüvensanBuilding Maintenance Services Company and a member of KAGİDER, WPO, TurkishWIN,BinYaprak and TOBB was our guest to talk about the subject 'Once Upon A Time WeAlso Were Y Generation' in the UGM, MHÜ Conference Hall on 06.12.2017 Wednesdayat 12.30-13.30 under the Clarifying Meetings led by Ünsped Young Generation LeadershipDevelopment Committee. Mr. ADALI said "Each no, obstacle, rejection becamean opportunity for me. I never gave up. Because, everything as minus for theothers became opportunity and plus for me.",  and underlined that to make a difference, tocreate value, to be innovative and to take quick action are significantlyimportant in order to be successfull in the career. 

Mr. Münteha ADALI stated that the important point in a business isrelating to see how it adds value to the person, who performs the business andreferred to act by not considering into the generation in this motivationbecause the humans should make it to a mission and an important motivation toperform parmenant works, to create value and to be remembered.

Mr. ADALI stated that to work without doubt to be unsuccessful, tohold onto the strengths, to know ourselves very well are essential for successin the business life and informed that he learned to think, view like youth, tounderstand them and to keep young in the activities with the youth.

Mr. Münteha ADALI referred that learning is endless and we shouldmake effort to learn something from the everybody and we can be successful andbuild good teams as we understand each other without making a distinction ofgeneration, interact with each other, have courage, not fear from to try, tocreate differance and value, to be innovative, build cause and effect relation,take quick action, to be a careful auditor, search an answer for what thecustomer wants? question and especially, not make distinction as x, y, zgeneration and communicate properly.
