Within the scope of Enlightening Meetings under the leadership of Ünsped Employee Communication and Workplace Happiness Committee on Wednesday, 25.10.2017,between 12.30-13.30, Kemal Şahin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Şahinler Holding, has been our guest to work on the subject "Communication of Employees and the Spirit of Doing Business Together" at the UGM, MHÜ Conference Hall.

In our organization started with the introduction presentation of Şahinler Holding, Mr. Sahin said that, 'The trace of the leader's behavior is the corporate culture.' and indicated to the company founders that employees should be motivated within the framework of vision determined by the founders of the company, reliability, fairness, transparency, efficiency, initiative,creativity, teamwork, social responsibility and environmental awareness customer and market focused structuring, the training and motivation of the employees and the use of the newest technologies are the basic principles of Şahinler Holding. By mentioning a summary from the classical book of Stephen Covey "7 habits of effective people" Mr. Kemal Şahin has pointed out personal leadership and corporate leadership issues and emphasized in his presentations that humans should have vision to work passionately, the job you are doing must match your ability and that they can advance much faster that way,to have conscience and ethics in producing synergy.

Mr. Sahin, who continues his speech by mentioning that one of the biggest of our problems is that we do not understand each other and communicate well, and by listening, we will be able to understand ourselves, listen to the other side to  understand, and naturally we will be able to solve 50% of our problems.

They have summarized that we do the teamwork for to create synergy, winner culturesare democracy culture, innovation, change and refroms shall be created indemocratic environments, being holded in esteem makes the employee happy and by this way, we can start to say "we did it", by giving responsibility to employees, creating free working environments and establishing employee loyalty, because; this kind of working culture shall make grateful employees points out Mr. Kemal Şahin has summerized that having people contrarian ideas in teams and placing the right person to the right job, while setting goals for employee could be goals and duties which can be measured by Smart method,accepted, realistic, time-dependent and managing the company in that way shall bring "Complete human, total success and happy life together" and shall create "Employee Communication and Coopearation Spirit".
