On the date of 17.07.2018, our first training was realized in UGM Head Office MHÜ Conference Salon and it ended with the repetition of 24 July and 07 August trainings. By having our Head Office in the first place, our Region and Branch employees were also included in the training by connecting from the live broadcasting and all rules of usage of social media were narrated.
Lawyer Hasan YALÇINKAYA launched fort by saying ''as an ÜNSPED employee we must keep our reputation at the top level in every platform as per our professional service'' and he shared our social media and internet utilization responsibilities with us.
He reminded that when UGM Directors and Employees do the sharing in internet environment or on social media as per our work rules, we must not forget the fact of representing UGM Company, brand and all partners, persons, stakeholders and suppliers having relation with UGM. He underlined the requirement for us to notify our company directors for the news, visual sharings and texts containing all kinds of negative expressions over social media about our Company and the person or persons having relation with our Company by paying attention to principles of right, prestige, liberty and he indicated that this was our common responsibility.
