Our company has increased its support for women entrepreneurs by supporting the project of our women's Leadership Development Committee, one of our leadership and development committees.

Our women's Leadership Development Committee was established to provide support to women employees in implementing innovation ideas through training, social activities support by developing projects and ideas about women's leadership within the UGM. This year, with the work of our committee, our company took its place among the signatories of the principles of women's empowerment (weps) platform. In this context, our headquarters opened a shelf in its cafeteria to deliver the products of the Nar women's cooperative to its employees. Currently, vegetable noodles and tarhana are on sale. By bringing our relatives together with these natural and hand-home products and supporting a healthy diet, we will also stretch our arms and wings to our producing women who are experiencing problems in the pandemic. The hearts of the employees of the Nar women's Cooperative are so rich that they also share the income from the products they prepare and offer for sale with the young girls and boys under the protection of the KALBEN Association. By buying products, we will contribute to making this work a sustainable project.
