What is the Investment Incentive Certificate (YTB)?
YTB is a document that includes the characteristic values of the investment, provides the opportunity to benefit from the support elements registered on it if the investment is realized by the determined minimum conditions, and is issued for investments to be realized in line with the objectives of the Decision.
Who can obtain an Investment Incentive Certificate?
Real persons, ordinary partnerships, capital companies, cooperatives, business partnerships,
- Public institutions and organizations,
- Professional organizations with the status of public institutions,
- Associations and foundations,
- Branches of foreign companies abroad in Turkey
Where to apply to obtain an Investment Incentive Certificate?
Applications for the investment incentive certificate are made through the web-based application called E-TUYS managed by the General Directorate of Incentive Implementation and Foreign Capital.
Only those who have a qualified electronic certificate and whose authorization application request has been approved by the Ministry can access the system to carry out investment incentive transactions through E-TUYS. Therefore, investors must first apply to our Ministry by preparing the necessary documents to carry out the authorization process.
How to benefit from investment incentives.
To benefit from the investment incentives determined by the Incentive Decision, it is necessary to make an investment in the supported areas and to have an investment incentive certificate (YTB) issued/approved by our Ministry for this investment. It is not possible for investments that are not regulated by YTB to benefit from the incentive measures.
