The "Communication Between Generations and the Art of Working Together" seminar took place on August 11th, 2016, under the leadership of Young Generation Leadership Development Committee, within the scope of UGA Noon Talks with the presentation of Psychoanalyst, Intelligence Analyst, Education Therapist, Coach and Mentor Dear Dr. Amin Hosseini.

Dear Dr. Amin Hosseini who started to talked about communication with a different approach talked about the balance of the 3 main parts of the subconscious id-ego and super ego and the behavioral effects of this balance by taking the point that the communication starts as the subconscious. Dr. Hosseini who talked about how the human brain works, the reflections of the character analysis in communication to the business and social life, the purposes and differences of the group and team works that the human characters create in business life highlighted the fact that in order to be successful in the business life, wanting is not enough and that the factor that provides success is to take step by focusing on the goal after determining the goal.

At the end of the seminar, our CFO Dear CelalettinGüleryüz presented his plaque to Dear Dr. Hosseini and thanked him. In the presentation which draw the attention of the managers and employees, information was shared with the participants about the difference between the group and team work in business life, the analysis of the different personalities that we have in business and social life, and the factors for the differentiation between the generations.
