Meeting of Management Team, 5th one is held  since 2014 and 2nd one in 2016 was performed on 4 June 2016, Saturday. CEO Mr. Dr.Hakan Çınar, General Manager Mr. Cüneyt Yılmaz, Board Chairman Mr. Gürbüz Hocaoğlu and CFO Mr. Celalettin Güleryüz and our department and branch directors participated in the meeting, in which our shareholder Mr. Yusuf Bulut Öztürk presented the opening speech.

The meeting started by implementing the meeting procedure by Human Resources Manager Mrs. Fazilet Patır.After the Presentation of Technology, in which dealth with UGM Intranet, Corporate Customer Portal, Management Dashboard (BI) and UGM Portal headings prepared by Software Manager Mr. Mustafa Gülücü and Software Application Specialist Murat Yüksel managers ate lunch together.

In the afternoon part of the Meeting of Management Team, consists of 2 Sessions Board Chairman Mr. Gürbüz Hocaoğlu made a presentation themed "Mistakes, Penalties and Measures" to the participants. Then Customers Relationships Manager Mrs. Sabriye Öksüz made presentation themed Customer Complaints. The meeting included Customer Acceptance Processes and Effective Communication matters continued by questioning and answering and listening of the ideas of the participants.
