On the date of 29 April 2017 and between 09:30-16:00hours, in Magnolia Meeting Salon of our Head Office, our Human ResourcesAssistant Manager Ms. Sema NALBANTOĞLU gave the training of ''Developing theCommunication Skills and Recognizing the Human'' to our employees. The first ofthe related training was realized between the dates of 19-20 April 2017 inAegean Region Izmir Branch and the subjects of 4 Square Aces of VerbalCommunication, Effective Use of I Language-You Language, Effective Use BodyLanguage and Tone of Voice in Service, Overcoming the Obstacles inCommunication with the Customers and Colleagues, Importance of EmotionalIntelligence in Communication, Self-Knowledge and CommunicationProfiles were detailed and the training was followed with great interest.
