We Met With Our Board And Committee Chairmen

The decisions taken by the company management are formed in line with the decisions and opinions of the board and committees. We encourage the participation of our employees' opinions in the decision-making processes of managers within the company. In this context, we want our employees to take part in various leadership and development committees or in the projects and activities carried out by them and provide them with this opportunity. To share management, encourage teamwork, increase efficiency and act as a whole with team spirit; We set common goals in coordination with senior management, central units, regions and branches. In order to achieve these determined goals, we grant decision-making authority and initiative to headquarters, regions and branches. Units act with the awareness that they are responsible for the quality of the service provided by their units, revenue increase, profitability and personal development of their employees in line with mutually determined goals.
