With the "When It Comes To Women" panel in 17 March 2016 which was the collective organization of ÜnspedGümrükMüşavirliği Women Leadership Development Committee and T.R. İstanbul Kültür University, Gender and Women Studies Application and Research Center (KADMER), the women who have awareness in the society, who attract attention with their successes in the academic and business worlds came together. In the "When It Comes To Women" panel which was in Kültür University Ataköy Campus, Founding President of ÜnspedGümrükMüşavirliği Dear HalukÜndeğer, İKU Rector Dear Prof. Dr. S. SemahatDemir, President of IKU Board of Trustees Dear Dr. BaharAkıngüçGünver and Ünsped Women Leadership Development Committee President Dear Ms. FaziletPatır took place among the opening speakers. The first session of "When It Comes To Women" panel which consisted of two sessions, took place with the moderation of Prof. Dr. Ms. NarçinPalavanÜnsal under the "Women and Career" name. Some of the speakers in the first panel were; MukadderÖzden, (Aegean Clothing Industrialists Association President of Board of Directors) ŞengülAkçar, (President of Support of Women Labor Foundation) AylaErdim, (FatihEnterpreneur Businessmen Association President) ÖznurYağıcı, (Founder of SaremÖzelEğitimveRehabilitasyonMerkezi) ZeynepDereli, (General Manager of APCO Worldwide İstanbul Branch= Prof. Dr. AyselPehlivan, (Member of Turkish National Olympics Committee) NilayÇelik, (We Connect Turkey Coordinator (Assoc. Prof. Dr. AysınTurpoğluÇelik, (IKU Psychology Department Academic) and Çiğdem Gürer (SMMM, CFE).

In the second session, "Success and balance in Business Life" topic was discussed. In this part of the session, some short video shots took place. The moderator of the second session was IKU Arts and Design Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. RenginKüçükerdoğan. Amongst the speakers, there were; IKU Phycology Department Academic Assoc. Prof. Dr. AysınTurpoğlu Çelik, Director Ümmiye Koçak, Director/Producer/ Research Assistant NagihanÇakar Bikiç.

In the panel, together with the Women representatives of Generation Y, ÜnspedGümrükMüşavirliği hearing impaired personnel Aycan Demir was invited to the stage and asked to express her feelings and thoughts with sign language. After the panel, plagues and memorial plates were given to the panelists.  The supports of İstanbul Aviation Academy Land Training Manager Ulduz Nurioğlu Dikicigil and UPS Sports School Coordinator Semra Demirer were nor forgotten, and plaques were also presented to them.

In "When It Comes To Women" panel, the women gave the message that they are hand in hand shoulder to shoulder in solidarity and equal.
