We would like to inform you so that you do not experience any time and possible problems in your future shipments by mail or express cargo.

In general, the situations that will exclude your shipment from the scope of Postal and Express Cargo (Exemption) due to negative situations experienced during the customs clearance phase of the goods are stated below;

• Exceeding the 150 Euro and 30 kilo limit
• Commercial quantity and quality (Samples may also be excluded from the scope of exemption depending on the quantity.)
• A maximum of 5 shipments are processed in the last 1 month, more than 5 shipments are outside the scope of exemption.
• Products requiring inspection and import compliance permits
• Promotion of prohibited and restricted products

The following procedures are applied for your shipments that are outside the scope of Postal and Express Cargo exemption;

• Declare
• Customs Duties collection
• Storage, order fee payment
• Return to country of origin (return costs are your responsibility, as determined by the sender.)
• Your belongings will be liquidated
• Your belongings may be confiscated by customs in case of prohibited products

For products that will not be included in the scope of express shipping, you must take into consideration the taxes, arside, customs clearance and similar service fees to be paid in cases where your goods need to be imported.
