With the recent amendments in customs regulations, it has become possible to submit an appropriate certificate of origin or supplier's statement by October 31, 2021 in order to confirm the origin of the goods for which the trade policy measure, additional customs duties and additional financial obligations have not been paid for declarations registered before 5.11.2021 however, there is no certificate of origin or supplier statement for the origin of the goods in the declaration annex. It has become possible to submit these documents of origin, which were previously requested to be submitted by 30.06.2021, by the end of the year with the amendment made. Since this amendment to the regulation concerns more than one tax, it is necessary to evaluate the issue separately for each tax.
