Customer Rights Protection Board

To act with transparency, honesty, ethics, laws, and regulations, which are the main points of sustainability, and to fulfill obligations in a timely and correct manner, and to act within the framework of international laws and regulations, our company is a committee that works with some consultants (such as law, logistics, and some associations) who have advanced experience on the subject to obtain ideas on the rights of its customers, both in terms of transparency in its internal practices and in some issues that it realizes that its customers may have problems, and it is a committee that discusses these ideas both internally within the company and shares them with people who have their work or who need potential information by the scope of personal data protection. 

 

Our company discusses its managerial decisions with the "Customer Advisory Board" at regular meetings held every six months. These meetings are held regularly with a customer or potential customer officials. The instructions given by this board on issues such as the common complaints of the companies and the problems that are relevant to the sustainability of our company, service standards, our goals, and the deficiencies of our company are linked to the executive finalization timetables if they are internal issues and external issues are evaluated by working with the necessary lawyers or experts.

 

The Client Rights Protection Board is a committee established to study the decisions made by the Client Advisory Board externally.
