“Artificial intelligence and machine learning
Today, the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning in logistics (and Customs) operations offers many opportunities for users in terms of decision-making and regulatory compliance. Because the cross-border movement of goods, vehicles and people produces large volumes of data, artificial intelligence provides the ability to make sense of this large and ever-increasing amount of data.
By studying this data, artificial intelligence can be used to detect and predict existing models/templates more accurately than humans. It is also possible to use artificial intelligence for many purposes, such as creating cost-reducing business models, classifying goods, controlling statements. In addition, existing import and export databases can provide convenience in terms of asset control by combining them with different sources such as internet.
Therefore, our efforts to develop different projects by using artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies within UGM are actively continuing. “
