Ünsped Customs Consultancy Customs Tariff Determination Committee, which was established within our company, consists of the President, Vice-President, Secretary, and members to meet the requirements of the width of the tariff legislation and specialization on goods.

Within the Board, there are chemists located in the Headquarters and UGM Regional Directorates, who have undertaken the task of determining tariffs for textile and chemical products, and our food engineers, whose opinions are sought in determining the tariff of food-type products.

There are also Customs Brokers who have different operational duties among the members of the Board, and the personnel whose main duty is defined as "HS-Code Specialist" only fulfills the task of determining tariffs.

The Ünsped Customs Tariff Determination Committee Supreme Board was also established to ensure that the possible differences of opinion of the members of the Ünsped Customs Tariff Determination Committee regarding the tariff determination processes can be resolved quickly, even in emergency procedures, and to evaluate the legislation published on tariffs that affect our processes.

Supreme Council; It consists of senior principal members and senior chemists. Committee; has developed its works to meet the requirements of the era and is structured to enable the most comfortable, fastest, and performance measurements and forward-looking information storage, which meets the digitalization norms in terms of demanding tariffs and meeting the demand, through the "Tariff Software System (UGM ERP)" created by our company's software developers.
