Our 17th Customer Advisory Board Meeting, held on November 5, 2025, was organized this year under the theme “Customs and Foreign Trade Practices.” The meeting featured a series of workshop sessions designed to enhance efficiency in foreign trade processes and address recent developments in the field.
Our program included three interactive sessions moderated by subject-matter experts: “Cost-Reducing Practices in Foreign Trade,” “Technical Regulations and TAREKS Procedures,” and “Inward Processing Authorization Certificate (IPAC) & Investment Incentives.”
With the participation of more than 300 local and international guests, attendees joined the workshops that best suited their areas of interest. In line with the core philosophy of our meeting, our customers’ opinions, feedback, expectations, and evaluations were incorporated into our decision-making processes, adding valuable insights.
Enriched by the active engagement and contributions of participants, our 17th Customer Advisory Board Meeting once again served as a vital platform that strengthens our customer-centric approach while fostering knowledge sharing and collaborative development.
