In line with our participatory management approach, we came together with our field operations team on April 11, 2026, at the MHU Conference Hall in our headquarters building. Our meeting began with the opening speech of our Company Partner, Mr. Yusuf Bulut Öztürk, and continued with a presentation on company activities by our General Manager, Mr. Halil İbrahim Pişkin. The meeting, held in two sessions, was conducted interactively under the moderation of our Deputy General Manager, Mr. Orhan Kırali.
Within the scope of the meeting, the challenges faced by our colleagues working in the field were carefully listened to, and solution-oriented evaluations were carried out. During the sessions, where participants’ opinions and suggestions were prioritized, concrete solutions to operational difficulties were discussed collaboratively.
With the active contributions of both in-person and online participants, our meeting aimed to strengthen internal communication and create a more efficient working environment. We will continue to value the opinions of our colleagues and grow together.
