“feeding The Future With Effective Feedback And Communication Development Program” Training Successfully Conducted

As Ünsped Customs Consultancy, we continue to implement training programs aimed at supporting the development of our employees and strengthening open communication, which is one of the cornerstones of our corporate culture.

In this context, on September 27, 2025, the first session of the “Feeding the Future with Effective Feedback and Communication Development Program” was successfully held at our headquarters building with the valuable presentations of Prof. Dr. Hakkı Aktaş and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cem Güney Özveren from Istanbul University.

The training program aimed to strengthen team relationships, foster a constructive and sustainable feedback culture among our employees, and support individual development. Participants had the opportunity to gain practical knowledge on effective communication techniques, key points to consider in giving and receiving feedback, and practices to enhance corporate interaction.

Through such training programs that focus on the development of our human resources, we aim to build a strong communication structure, increase internal synergy, and create a more productive working environment together.
