We Held Our 2025 Tariff Workshop As Part Of World Customs Day.

On January 25, 2025, we held our 2025 Tariff Workshop at our Company Headquarters as part of World Customs Day. The workshop, moderated by our General Manager Mr. Rıza Mehmet KORKMAZ, began with the opening speech of our Company Partner Mr. Yusuf Bulut ÖZTÜRK. In the first session, our Deputy General Manager Dr. Faruk ŞEN and Head Chemist and Laboratory Manager Dr. Ayşe Özgür ÖZSAR provided information on Tariff Engineering, while our Regulations and Tariff Manager Mr. Mustafa KILINÇ presented on Guiding Tools in Tariff Classification and Risk Assessment in Tariff Classification.

In the second session, our Senior Tariff Expert Ms. Esra TAŞKIN discussed the Current Situation and Areas for Improvement in Tariff Classification, followed by our Tariff Manager Mr. Tarık KILIÇ, who presented on the Use of Technology. After these presentations, the session moved to the interactive section. During the workshop, current regulations were evaluated, and solution proposals for addressing current needs were discussed. The suggestions and evaluations obtained from the workshop were documented, and decisions were made to implement the relevant measures in practice.

After the workshop, the participants gathered for a speech by our Company Partner Mr. Yusuf Bulut ÖZTÜRK, who emphasized the importance of World Customs Day and appreciated the dedicated work of customs personnel. The day concluded with a cake-cutting ceremony and a group photo.
