As UGM, our primary goal is to fulfill our responsibilities towards our clients effectively and efficiently, while continuously improving our services and operations in line with their needs and expectations. In this context, the 17th edition of our annual Customer Advisory Board Meeting was held on November 5, 2025, at the InterContinental Hotel Istanbul, with the participation of more than 300 local and international guests.
Our meeting began with opening speeches by our Founding Chairman, Mr. Haluk ÜNDEĞER, and our Partner, Mr. Yusuf Bulut ÖZTÜRK. Distinguished guests shared valuable insights, followed by three workshops covering different topics. These sessions provided participants with in-depth knowledge and practical perspectives on various areas of interest.
