Organized through a collaboration between Istanbul University and UGM and offering job opportunities to participants, the 13th Online Applied Customs and Foreign Trade Expertise Certificate Program began on Saturday, January 10, 2026. The opening of the program was marked by an inaugural speech delivered by Mr. Yusuf Bulut Öztürk, Partner at UGM.
A total of 65 students from across Türkiye participated in the program. On the first day of training, they attended the course titled International Marketing and Target Market Selection, delivered by Prof. Dr. Emrah Cengiz, a faculty member at the Faculty of Political Sciences of Istanbul University. Participants had the opportunity to gain comprehensive knowledge about processes for entering international markets and strategies for selecting the right target markets.
