Roundtable Meeting On Risks And Opportunities In Turkey–italy Foreign Trade Successfully Held!

On October 7, 2025, a roundtable meeting was held in the Manolya Conference Room at our Headquarters, focusing on the challenges and opportunities in trade between Turkey and Italy. The event, organized in collaboration with Ünsped Customs Consultancy and the Italian Chamber of Commerce, was moderated by our Sales Manager, Mrs. Betsy Bahar.

The meeting was attended by Turkish Ambassador to Rome, Mrs. Elif Çomoğlu Ülgen, and Trade Attaché of the Turkish Consulate General in Milan, Mr. Ahmet Erkan Çetinkayış. The event started with opening speeches by the Secretary General of the Italian Chamber of Commerce, Mrs. Şebnem Batgı, and the Deputy Chairman, Mr. Francesco Boari.

Mr. Serdar Keleş from the Presidency of the Investment Office shared updates on Turkey-Italy investments, while our Deputy General Manager, Dr. Faruk Şen, provided expert insights on critical topics such as Customs operations, cost optimization, and sustainability.

During the meeting, strategies and collaboration opportunities to make foreign trade between the two countries more efficient were emphasized. Valuable solutions were presented for Turkish and Italian companies in light of the rapidly changing dynamics of global trade.
