Service Evaluation and Development Committee

This committee is established within the body of UGM in order to fulfill the services that we offer to our customers and our commitments in the best possible way, the regular follow up of customer complaints and causes-effects that influence the operations and taking corrective actions by assessing them, inspecting whether the operational efficiency and our productivity are carried out according to the data planned in the budget and to the standards.
