Our company works with customer representative system in order to accurately determine differentiated customer needs and to communicate with them better and continuously. Our customer representatives are competent, dynamic staff trained with a system of expertise. Our expert staffs, who knows the importance of speed as well as the correct foreign trade and customs operations, analyzes all import processes and the case works encountered and manages and finalizes the process correctly with a solution-oriented approach together with the relevant departments by taking the necessary initiatives. Each transaction is regularly inspected and approved separately by controllers expert in their fields. In the whole process, the regulatory department provides professional support to the operational process.

Our Import Department follows applications for any pre-permits (Registration Certificate, TSE, CE, Permit of Provincial Directorate of Agriculture, Import License, İŞGÜM, etc.) which must be obtained before import procedures and in person obtain permits and documents from the relevant authorities.
