"Ünsped Gelişim Akademisi (UGA) was established with the claim of increasing the professional competencies of the employees within Ünsped Gümrük Müşavirliği and Lojistik Hizmetler A.Ş. to the highest level and to be the company with the most qualified staff in the sector and continues its activities in line with this purpose.

This characteristic of the IGA became apparent in the sector in a short time and demands were encountered to give these trainings to private sector and NGO employees. As a result, UGA continues to provide external training services, whose primary target group is its own customers, in the fields of foreign exchange, foreign trade and customs legislation based on operations at all stages of the global supply chain.
