Personal Data Protection-Related Person Application Form
The article 11 of the law of Personal Data Protection Act No. 6698 (“KVKK”) covers rights of related persons arising from KVKK.
Related persons can access these rights from Article 11 of the KVKK and the text of the statement on the protection of personal data contained on our website.
Related persons can apply to Ünsepd Gümrük Müşavirliği Lojistik Hizmetler A.Ş by the following methods:

* Related persons who will apply in person must submit documents confirming their identity.
** We kindly request that “Personal Data Protection Law Related Person Request” phrase be written in the notification envelope of the application form or in the subject section of the e-mail.
Related person requests in accordance with article 13/2 of the KVKK, will be replied by the company as soon as possible and no later than 30 (thirty) days, depending on the nature of the request.
