Our goal is to ensure that our employees are placed in the right job according to their qualifications based on their knowledge, skills and competencies. Accordingly, assessment of candidates applying for open positions at Ünsped is conducted by taking into account their education levels, qualifications, foreign language levels, technical knowledge and experience related to the relevant position.
As a result of all these assessments, our job offer is forwarded to the suitable candidates/ candidates. Our employees, who are new to work, complete the orientation program regarding the history, organization, services of our company, values of Ünsped and the way we perform business on the day they start working.

Free Dress Day
Fridays are designated as Free Dress Day for our employees.
Our Human Resources department organizes activities to bring Ünsped employees and their families together throughout the year. Theatre, sports tournaments, domestic excursions, concerts and shows, dancing and New Year's Eve parties are among these events.
