In an announcement received from the Climate Change Administration, it is stated that the 2025 HFC import quota applications have been opened, with the deadline for applications set as May 31, 2024. It is further mentioned that companies that do not apply for quotas will not be able to import HFC in 2025 and that the application guide can be accessed at https://webdosya.csb.gov.tr/db/ozonturkiye/icerikler/faravet-kota-20230426100313.pdf

It is noted that companies that applied last year only need to enter their import records for the previous year (2023), and companies applying for the first time this year should follow the application guide instructions and enter their HFC import records for the last three years (2020, 2021, and 2022) into the system.
