Within the body of UGM, this committee was established in order to fulfill our responsibilities towards our customers, to provide service to our customers beyond their expectations, to develop our services and services in line with customer needs and expectations, and to include the thoughts, criticisms and expectations of our customers in our decisions in a professional relationship.
