The Young Business People's Association of Türkiye (TÜGİAD), which cooperates with the China Council of the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance, is preparing to settle a center in China. The center, which will be opened in Beijing on April 7-12, 2025, will offer guarantees by bringing the producers of the two countries together with buyers within the scope of the agreement. Chinese companies will prioritize Turkish companies in imports. TÜGİAD President Gürkan Yıldırım stated that they will also organize a “Renewable Energy Conference” and that the center will provide many services in areas such as law, customs, logistics, personnel and infrastructure. Yıldırım said, “Our center will physically serve in market creation and development. When we want to buy something from China, the Chinese delegation will offer us the best manufacturer with the best price as a guarantee. We will offer them the same opportunities. After the opening, our Chinese stakeholders will also come to Türkiye. We will also open a center here for them.”
This cooperation offers many benefits such as technology transfer, investment opportunities and strengthening economic ties. The opening of the TÜGİAD China Center is also of great importance in terms of facilitating the entry period of Turkish companies into the Chinese market and the likelihood of increasing the trade volume between the two countries.
While supporting global economic cooperation, Türkiye-China cooperation also paves the way for technology transfer agreements, renewable energy investments, facilitating international business development processes and making positive contributions to the agricultural sector.
